Return and Refund Policy - Lockieâ„¢
At Lockieâ„¢, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If, for any reason, your product does not fully satisfy you, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your desire to return the product.
After this period, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept the return or exchange of the product.
Eligibility Conditions
For your return to be accepted, the product must:

Be in its original condition,

Be unused and undamaged,

Be complete (packaging, cables, accessories…),

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any product that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Return Process
Contact our customer service at contact@my-lockie.com specifying:

Your order number,

The reason for the return,

A photo of the product if possible.
Our team will send you the procedure to follow and the return address.
Once the package is received and checked, we will process the refund or exchange according to your request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the return is approved:

The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, an additional delay may apply before the credit appears in your account.
Exchanges
We will replace an item only if it is defective, damaged, or not functioning correctly.
If you want to exchange for the same product, contact us at contact@my-lockie.com before sending the item back.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Digital download products,

Personalized or custom-made items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly:

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@my-lockie.com, with a photo of the defect.
We will offer you an exchange, a store credit, or a full refund according to your preference.
Return Address
The return address will be provided to you by our customer service upon your request to ensure proper processing of your package.
