1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all sales made on the website https://my-lockie.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by:

Any order placed on the Site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. PURPOSE

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the online sale of products marketed by Lockieâ„¢.

3. PRODUCTS

The products presented on the Site are described as accurately as possible.
Minor variations may exist (colors, packaging, slight aesthetic differences).
All offers are valid subject to product availability.

4. PRICES

The prices displayed are in GBP, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping fees may be added depending on the destination and chosen carrier.
Prices may be modified at any time, but the price applied will always be the one in effect at the time of the order.

5. ORDERING

Order process:
Select products → Cart → Contact details → Payment → Acceptance of T&Cs → Confirmation.

The order is considered final once full payment has been made.

Lockieâ„¢ reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute, payment issue, or suspected fraud.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of the order.
Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (subject to availability).

Transactions are secured by the Site's technical service providers.
Lockieâ„¢ never has access to customers' banking information.

7. DELIVERY

Products are shipped to the address provided at the time of the order.
Average shipping time: 5 to 12 working days, depending on the period and transport service.

A tracking number will be sent by email and available in the "Track My Order" section.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — 30 DAYS

Lockieâ„¢ extends the statutory withdrawal period to 30 days from the receipt of your order.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@my-lockie.com, specifying:

  • your order number,

  • the reason for the return.

The product must be returned complete, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

9. REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
Additional banking delays may apply depending on the bank.

10. LEGAL WARRANTIES

Products benefit from the following legal warranties:

  • Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code).

  • Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

In the event of a proven defect, the customer can request a replacement or refund.

11. LIABILITY

Lockieâ„¢ cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or loss of profits related to the use of the products.
The products comply with UK legislation.
Their proper use is the responsibility of the customer.

The data collected is used to manage orders, deliveries, and customer relations, in compliance with GDPR.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, content) are the exclusive property of Lockieâ„¢ or its partners.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Lockieâ„¢ may suspend or cancel an order in the event of an unpredictable and irresistible external event (strike, catastrophe, pandemic, transport disruption, etc.).
